. Maintaining a tenancy and dealing with correspondence
. Managing finances, including budgeting and benefits
. Vital living skills, such as cooking, cleaning and shopping
. Socialising with the local community
. Taking part in education, training and employment
. Provide counselling and therapy on all of one’s life aspects.
If an individual who has higher, more complex needs, are is unable to maintain their own tenancy, we ensure to:
. Deliver personal care and medication
. Meet nutrition and hydration needs
. Encourage appropriate behaviour and good communication
. Building long-lasting relationships
. Help the individual take an active part in hobbies and interests
. Offer community reform, rehabilitation centres
. Direct work in a person-centred approach, as well as 1-to-1/ 2-to-1 support.
